Ann Morgan Wells is a Senior Director for CPS where she focuses heavily on policy research and provides community engagement and communications support for our healthcare clients. Wells has a background in policy research, serving as a clerk for a lobbying firm in Washington D.C. and as a U.S. Senate intern where she focused on health policy.
