Ben Silverman joins CPS as a Director after serving as a close advisor to Gov. Bill Lee. Entering the Lee administration at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Ben served as Personal Aide to the governor through the end of the reelection campaign, travelling to each of Tennessee’s 95 counties in the process. At the start of Gov. Lee’s second term, Ben became Director of Boards and Commissions and was responsible for overseeing more than 1,000 appointments to statewide boards and over 100 successful legislative confirmations. Ben is a native of Goodlettsville and is a graduate of the University of Alabama. At CPS, Ben brings significant government and campaign experience, as well as strategic insight in government operations
